Blog by Cassie- 4th Grade
It was fun making a poster to celebrate our paraprofessional's on their special day. There were other ambassadors that helped make the fun poster. The poster was yellow and we had all the students at LES sign their name on it. Another job I do is recycling. Mr. Gingerich named our recycling bin, “Jeff the Brute.” When Jeff is full of paper, we empty the paper out in the recycling bins outside to be picked up. I really want to be in tribe tv. It would be fun to record episodes with friends.

Things I love about LES Blog by Sydney- 5th grade I love a lot of things about LES, but the ones I love most are my ambassador jobs, and my classes. My favorite class is probably social studies and science. It’s my favorite because I love watching people experiment and the whole trial and error process. My favorite ambassador job is Mrs. Watkins’ Teacher Aid. Mrs. Watkins is the counselor here at LES, and she is one of the nicest people I’ve met. What I do at my ambassador jobs I have two jobs, ambassador blog, and Mrs. Watkins’ assistant. I write the ambassador blog and then email it to Mrs. Watkins for her to publish. For the Mrs. Watkins assistant job, I help her with whatever she needs help with. For Example, one morning she had me take some things to the recycling bin. Why I like being an ambassador There are many good things about being an ambassador. They let you choose your job, and there’s also a bunch of different events and holidays we have special days for, such as lunch hero day, which is a day we celebrate our cooks. I think it is very important to appreciate, celebrate and respect the teachers and staff. Also, if I was one of the cooks and the ambassadors had a special event for me and put up cards, I would be happy too! |
